Hello, I have a rare Mondeo 2008 2.3 petrol automatic estate. I need a new exhaust but these no longer seem to be available from any of the main stockists and I cannot find one online.  Does anyone know where I could source a full system for this vehicle? Thanks.

    You will probably need to go to an exhaust specialist and have one made to measure

    During a service a couple of weeks ago for my "rare" 2010 Mondeo 2.0 petrol automatic estate, I was warned that the exhaust was starting to fall apart.

    The Ford garage offered to source the replacement parts from Ford in Germany where all except the back boxes were in stock for 6 week delivery.

    As above, get one made or, if if it's like my 2.2 diesel, then it's Ford only at approx £1000+.

    The weld broke on the middle hanger and front cantilever mount by the flexi-pipe last year on my car, got a repair hanger and exhaust clamp to fix those. I've been painting the hangers for years and both the rear box hangers are still ok.

    Many thanks for your advice everyone. Ford UK have quoted me £1650 to supply and fit. Time for a used Fiesta I think!
