My car is a fiesta 2017 plate, I’ve had the car 5 years and in that time I’ve had a problem with being able to unlock the car, but it’s only happened twice, even the spare key won’t unlock it. The second time it happened was today, after about 2 minutes it worked, there is obviously something going on.  Has anyone else had the same problem.

I think members will need a little more detail to help. 

2017 is a changeover year, so is your car more like the red one (a Mk8) or the blue one (a Mk 7.5) below?

Which version is it e.g. Titanium, Zetec, ST-Line, etc?

Presumably you are talking about unlocking with the remote fob, not a physical key blade in the door lock?
