Hello all, I have now bought 2 new black brake switches for my Ford Mondeo but both appear to be open circuit regardless of the plunger position.  I did open my old switch to find a simple spring and contact mechanism inside it. Surely contact is required to pass the voltage from one pin to the other or am I missing something here?
