Why is it, when I search for a Ford Mondeo owners club to join, you can only do it by becoming a member of Facebook. Nearly every owners clubs that I have searched always leads back to having to join FB before even being able to view what the clubs have to offer. I don't ever want to join what seems to me Facebook monopolising all of the owners clubs. So what can I do about this problem that I have? Please someone tell me why.

Linking to other forums is not something that would be allowed by the FOC moderators so you'll just have to use Google if you are looking for a 'Ford Mondeo ST forum'

No, what I mean about looking for owners clubs was about getting involved with a club for going to car shows or just club meetings with other members. I was understanding that this was only a forum of like minded members who I can ask for help or advice involving my interests in all things Ford related.

Sorry DaveT70,  but I'm not very online confident so only just seen your message and now I'm slowly trying to type a reply. Anyway I had not realised that I had joined more than just a forum so thank you for mentioning that.

Just read that you drive a BMW M-Sport, so we have both have something in common, as I had recently sold my BMW as where I live you are only allowed 1 parking space so after buying my new one owner Mondeo I had to sell on my BMW Coupe.
