Hi, I've got a 63 plate Mondeo Estate, the Sat Nav has stopped talking, I've tried disconnecting battery and leaving it for 30 minutes, same issues, checked all settings,not muted anywhere? Removed and removed and re inserted SD card,same issues,any ideas?

You could also try turning the satnav volume up. It is not the same level as the radio volume

Do we think Dave will be back, or just too embarrassed?? LOL

Tried turning the volume upon the steering wheel and volume knob when Sat Nav prompt turns "red" and should be speaking, but all it turns up is the radio volume!!!! 

could you patent what you've done once you find out for those with wives ?????

Does the sound work OK if you use the phone ?

Have you tried a different language like french or german  just to see if the problem is with the English voice files.

Hi, phone works ok, volume's settings all look ok, nothing muted etc.

I did try changing the language from English "metric" to "imperial" worked "once" then stopped, not worked since unfortunately 🤬

It would seem like you need a new SD card.
