What tyre size for 2014 2.0 Tit X?

Featured Replies

For context of asking a stupid/simple question!

Was going on holiday, Monday, head gasket went on old car as heading down the motorway so bought this car next day as couldn't get a refund for holiday time lost plus 6 year old son was distraught!

It is currently on 16s but I'm wondering what size would be better for comfort and stopping?

I'm 48, so won't be ramping it around (with family on board, anyway!)

16" is the comfort wheel for Mondeo

I think that's a typo?  Mondeo Tit X must be at least 17".  Tit X Sport had 19's!!

I suppose it's possible that with a 10 year old car someone could have already downsized the wheels for comfort reasons?

Gotta say that my mate's old (and much missed by him) Titanium on 16s was very comfy indeed!
