Hybrid fuel pump

I have some questions regarding the hybrid fuel pump that often breaks:

1. Is there a recommended lifespan in years/km for replacing the fuel pump?

2. Is there a production batch of the pump with manufacturing defects or vehicles produced in a certain period that have this problem?

3. Is there a way/test to check the efficiency of the fuel pump?

4. Are the problems due to dirty fuel clogging the small filter of the pump, or is it a breakage of internal components?

I had a Mondeo Hybrid facelift from 04/2019 with 144,000 km. I replaced the fuel pump as a precaution, and it was still the original one. The car never had any problems. It was only replaced preventively. After a few months, I sold the car for other, non-mechanical reasons. I replaced the pump myself, disassembling everything. It was intact, clean, and the tank was clean without any residue.

I bought a Mondeo Hybrid produced in 02/2020 and sold in 07/2021 with 64,000 km. I would like to avoid spending money on a preventive replacement if there is a way to find out when the fuel pump is about to break, as many people have problems after 4 years and/or 60,000 km.
