Website says there's an update for sync but when I try and do auto updates it blue circles for about 2mins then goes off & no update?

    Coming from couple of Puma's, I'd always download the USB and go that route. Fords OTA Sync updates have always been an 'issue'

    I don’t think any Sync 3 updates can be done over the air and require files downloaded onto a USB stick and then added to the car.  This process, once downloaded to USB, can take over an hour of driving to complete.

    I haven't got a problem with people joining because they want help and only ever asking one question.

    But to post the issue then never bother to come and have a look at, or more importantly, say thanks for the responses gets my back up
