Smax cluster not working after a reset

Hi all i followed a vid on ytube to reset my cluster.after i refited it .it was working fine untill i tryed this method now its gone off completely and the fans wont come on 

 

I tried holding the m button on ateering wheel whilst turning the key to 2nd click and waited 20 seconds then clocks went off no speedo revs fuel or temp gauge please help
