Die-cast Model

Featured Replies

Bit of a niche one I know, but if anyone has, or knows where to find, a die-cast model of a 1999 (APPROX) Mondeo ST200 ESTATE, please can you let me know!

Thanks in advance!

Andy

put -- die-cast st mondeo -- into google, then refine as needed

I very much doubt if such an exact model was ever made.

There is a small model of a 2001 Mondeo estate available

Aye if it was that simple, I wouldn't require professional help 🤪

The trouble is, I'm not sure any were ever made, so wondered if anyone had any insider knowledge or some specific info or whatnot 😊

Ottomobile (available through various online retailers) do a 1/18 ST 200 in the correct colour, and a "normal" estate, but not seen an ST estate.

There is the possibility of a "custom" job I suppose. A pal of mine got an Impreza WRX done as an exact replica of his actual rally car but I have a suspicion it cost an arm and a leg!

If only we knew of anyone here on the forum who was an expert detailed model maker 🤔

I did. For many many hours. That was the reason for asking, brought hundreds of things up that were similar but not right. So I assumed such a thing was never mass produced, hence my asking on here to see if I could learn anything more

Leave me outta this! Hiding my models & kits & paints from view!

An up & coming new die-cast manufacturer which is called ''Model Car Group'' or MCG is bringing out unusual types all the time, decently priced too, not like OTTO......
