Cmax 2016 faulty alternator upgrade to 165A

Hi I think my alternator has had it!

I’m going to buy a secondhand replacement but after searching I’ve found one which is from a ford focus 18-24 which is 165amp could I use this without any issues. My current version is 150amp

    It should be OK, but you may need to change the alternator setting using FORScan.
