Heater not blowing in footwell

Hello,

My 2014 ka mk2 heater doesn't blow air into the footwell area. 

It blows air out of the vents when button selected.

It blows up the windscreen when button selected. 

But not down to the footwell when button selected 

Any ideas please.

    Does the button light up when pressed?  If not, potentially an issue with the button or panel.

    If it does light up, then the direction flap isn't being moved inside the HVAC box.  It may be a separate flap to face/screen vents.  The flaps are driven by small actuators like this.
