MCA bluetooth issues

Hi,

 

I have a 2014 Mondeo Zetec Business edition with an MCA Sat Nav head unit.

If I connect the phone to Bluetooth I immediately get music playing via iTunes. If I want to use Google maps for navigation, that works but, if I stop the music playing I get no sound from Google maps.

Also, if I leave the music on, the levels of sound between the music and Google maps is large. The sound from Google maps is quite feint compared to the Music, so to hear Google maps instructions I have to have the music far too loud.

Is there any way to change this?
