2010 Cmax Front Wipers stopped working, Motor works

Hi the front wipers have just stopped working completely. They dont work on any setting or when washed. the fuse is good and the relay clicks. I have taken the motor out and put voltage to it directly and it works. i also get voltage to the pins on the plug. ignition on i get 10.5v at the 1st pi, 8v 2nd, 12.2v 3rd. even with these voltages when i plug it back in nothing happens but when i put power to 2 pins it works.

Have heard possibly BCM but would i still have power to the plug?
