Searching for replacement multi-function buttons

I bought a 2013 plate Ford Ka recently, and some of the multi-function buttons are missing on the steering wheel (see photograph). I have searched and searched but I can not seem to find replacement buttons anywhere. I don't know whether they just don't exist, or whether I am searching on the wrong phrase. Could anybody point me in the right direction?

    The buttons weren't available separately from the wheel unfortunately.

    You will have to replace the whole wheel unless you can find a breakers yard willing to split buttons from wheel.

    There are around 25 different steering wheel options for the Mk2 Ka, though very few had steering wheel controls.  It looks like they can be bought for £100 or less on ebay.
