Hi everyone i'm new to the forum!

So this is the deal:

I have a Mondeo '06 with the CD6000 Radio, there's a cd stuck inside and the AUX and the CD buttons doesnt respond

anyone have an idea how can i fix it?

the FM works fine.

i've tried to search the whole web but with no answer.

hope can someone help me!
