How often does Ford recommend changing oil and filter?

We bought a 19 plate used one from Ford's dealer in 2022. It had first stamp in 2021 and second 18 months later...then we took over...

Oil change warning message came on 6 months later...so we've done it and then latest one was done 14 months later.

So service intervals were: 1st after 2 years, 2nd 18 months later, 3rd 7 month later, 4th 14 months later

Reason for asking is: Do we meet the criteria?🙄 Will Ford accept us and change belt or engine should worst happen?

On a 2008 C-Max, No!!

On a 2022 C-Max, Very unlikely.

It's actually a 2019 C-Max bought in 2022.

Some say Ford recommendation is to service every year or 10k... so that confuses me a bit...

2008 one is our first Ford, so much better than the 'new' one. We believed that we are buying same quality car or even better! Didn't realise that quality has slipped so much over the years...

Might help to get answers if you said what engine you're asking about! (Diesel, petrol, LPG, fairy dust, engine size as well.)
