Hi all, 

I wonder if one of you could give me some advice. Our Ford B-Max does not want to start, it displays the error message - immobiliser malfunction service now. The traction control is off message is also displayed. We have tried to use both car keys and neither works. We have also disconnected and reconnected the battery, but that has also not helped. Do you have any advice on how we can fix this issue? Thank you in advance.
