Help us out here buddy. Did you just turn it on one day, and it stopped? What kind of system do you have. Does the display light up at all or is it totally dark. When the radio 'works' does the display act as normal? Give us as much info as you can. You'll not get much of a diagnosis with that 1st post apart from to replace it...

Wait around for another opinion, but it does sound as if you need to replace the unit as the symptoms point to screen being knackered...

There is a small chance this has been caused by the battery state of charge going low while the vehicle was parked up. The system is now stuck in a broken boot-up loop even though the battery charge level has probably now improved.

Disconnect the negative lead from the vehicle battery and leave it off for 20 minutes. Then reconnect and WAIT 5 minutes before turning on the ignition. This will restart all modules and will possibly clear the fault. Otherwise I'm afraid it does look like a new screen.
