Hidden menu not showing

Hi All,

I'm new here so hope this is the correct place

I have a 2003 ford focus estate 

When i press the reset buton on the cluster panel I get no hidden menu with test showing.

It did work but not now.

What  hapens is this

Press reset button hold then key 2 position 

display goes blank then goes back to the normal display

I did use to get the test panel then test all things BUT nothing now

Hope you under stand the above

    If the button and the ignition switch work fine otherwise, then it sounds like a cluster fault.  Though I haven't seen this issue before, and never found the hidden menu to be useful anyway.
