hi all , just purchased a 56 cmax 1.5 diesel, everything seems fine with it except its has satnav enabled but no sd card came with it. when driving it shows the map and street names and all the normal things. i believe this is map mode but does not work in destination mode ( the keyboard is greyed out and does not function. is it a simple case of getting a new sd card (sync 2} to make it function correctly. secondly whilst scrolling through the screen menus i found a screen that says sign reader off, with 2 grey discs below it any one know what this is for. the car has heated seats and  steering wheel, six parking sensors front and rear for self parking, how do i tell if it has city drive as the dammed thing keeps saying caution to me in traffic. thanks for any info. 

Sign reader is for traffic signs.  It can pick up and display speed signs and some other circular road signs if you have the front facing camera.

Collision avoidance sensitivity can be turned down in the dash menus.  If it's already on low then maybe it's just your driving.

Sat nav sounds like it just needs the card.  Don't know why so many get removed from used cars, it's not like they're worth much to sell on.
