Rear pads require servicing on our neawly purchased car.

Searched youtube to obtain the procedure for putting the EPB into service mode, no matter how many times I tried, the US method would not work on a UK car, I looked at all Ford models, same procedure, still no luck. Then I came across the attached video from a fellow Edge owner that had the same issue. He noted that no matter how many times he tried to sort the EPB maintenance mode, the car just wouldn't do it. Car diagnostic tool to the rescue..... he got it to work straight away, I used my iCarsoft pro tool and low and behold the car was instrcuted to go into maintenance mode, fitted new pads, then used the iCarsoft to return the car to normal duties.
