Passenger windows and mirror not working

Featured Replies

Hi all. A little expert help needed.

I have a ford cmax 2012. The passenger side front and back windows not working. Also the wing mirror doesn't fold in when lock the car.

It started intermitantly now is complete no response from any buttons at all.

Any suggestions would be great.

Thanks all 🙏

Broken wire to the door module.

The front and rear windows and the folding DOOR mirror are controlled by the front passenger door module (PDM).

Likely cause is broken or damaged wiring between the front passenger door and the car body 'A' post. It could be the PDM but since the problem began gradually I would suspect the wiring.

PS: It is very confusing when the same post is made in two or more forums. 🤔
