Issue 12.56 volts at the battery and 12.10 volts or less at the scanner.  The key is on but the engine is off.

With key on and running 16 to 17 volts at battery and scanner.

Have new alternator, battery and ECM.

Any help?

    How long are you testing for?  The SmartCharge can increase voltage up to around 16v with a cold battery as that is when charging is most effective.  It should only last for a minute or two though, then drop to around 15v.

    What type of battery does a 2010 Edge use?  Does it have a battery monitoring system?
