2015 Fiesta Ecoboost Fault Code P053F

Hi, I have a 2015 Ford Fiesta 1.0 Ecoboost with the fault code P053F - cold start fuel pressure performance bank 1. 
 

I bought this car as a non running project. I spent a while looking at it and couldn't figure out what was wrong, but I have pulled off the rocker cover to inspect the timing belt to discover that there is 4 teeth missing in several areas on the belt. I put in the crankshaft timing tool pool from a fiesta ecoboost timing kit I have, and both camshafts are out of time. I also checked compression prior to this and each cylinder was between 160-165 psi. 
 

Now this obviously is out of time, but does anyone know if this fault code will trigger if the engine is out of time? Just trying to think ahead, if I put new belts on this car if that code will still be present causing the car not to run, or if the engine being out of time is what's causing this code. I was wondering maybe with the camshafts being out of time then it will cause issues with the high pressure fuel pump.
