Poor windscreen washer jets Mk3

I have found the washer jets on my Kuga Mk3 block up very easily and do not unblock without replacing the whole unit.

The hole from the jet is blocked and you can not dismantle the unit or put a pin, wire or needle in it.

A poor design from what should be a simple function.

Has anyone else suffered from this problem?

    Regular screen wash you buy in Halfords 5 litres.

    It just seems to me to be over engineered for a jet wash.

    The photo is from inside the jet where the water has to flow out and shows the area that tends to block.
