Kuga 2021 PHEV Sync 3  build 23188_PRODUCTION. While attempting to add the VIN to the Ford Pass on Android I am prompted to accept the new connection on the Sync3 display, but the request is never displayed. Sync3 factory reset.

Any tips on getting the cat succesfully connected?
