Hi

I have just bought my Mondeo and went to try the USB port which is in the Glovebox. I found that my USB Memory stick would not reach to the port but I just thought that my memory stick may have been a bit large so decided to buy an extension lead. This would also not reach so I started to have a bit more of a look and I noticed that the port behind the metal facia was loose and as I was putting the memory stick in was just going further back.

As I have just bought the car I think I will just pop it into my Ford garage and have them take a look but I was just wondering if anyone had a similar problem and whether it was easy to fix in which case could save me a trip to the garage.
