Hi all, Ive recently purchased a 2018 Edge ST-LINE TDCI and i have a couple questions about it that i can't find answers for anywhere else.

1) When im using Andriod Auto and want to swap back to the built in system to access the climate controls is there a quicker way then having to press the bottom right of the screen twice, then press the sync icon then press climate? Is there a button that goes straight to the Ford sync system?

2) I have the digital dash, next to my milage range there is an arrow pointing to the right and a 0, what is the 0 for?

All in all its a nice car, there are a couple things i don't like but it's mostly very minor things.

A button,  a BUTTON !!!! This is the 21st centaury such things are from the dark past. Of course you have to go through 4 menus just to make a simple adjustment, its called 'progress' 🤣

Perhaps a photo of the offending '0' would help us to identify the culprit ?

rear diff replaced thermostat housing replaced fuel filter housing replaced

1. Not that I know of. One reason why I avoid using Android Auto! If you discover a quicker way please let me know.

2. If you mean this, then I think it means empty (i.e. the number of miles to empty).

Ive managed to get it down to two presses. One is the sound button top left of the unit, then press climate on the touch screen.

 

And yes i figured it out when i was driving home, its painfully obvious once you know!
