    Went on Fords Sync 3 updates. Message came up. There was a update. Put update on a U.S.B stick. Put it in my vehicle. Message came up system upgraded. 

    Firstly is there anyway knowing I have a new sync version?

    Map version still showing F11 not F13.

    Therefore is the system been upgraded? If so how can I tell.

    if you go to General scroll all the way down to About sync, it will show on the top your sync version and just underneath the sub version (3.4.23188 is the latest version)

    the software and the maps update separately did you re upload the to file via the ford website after updating?

    Good evening Jim.

    It's says version 1.1.1.1127 and map version F11.

    Therefore I don't think it as updated on either of them. Thanks for help on my query.

    Hey, the latest version of Sync 3 for your version is 3.0 - build 23219 so not massively out of date 

    however the maps are still on F11 so out of date. Does the ford website match with the information on your System?

    I have updated the maps before, not the system upgrade though Jim.
