I have just recently had to purchase a new mobile phone, but it will not sync with my car. The radio connects to the phone but the dose not show that it is connecting with the car, this is rather perplexing, as my old phone has no problems "sync" to the car. 

The new phone is a Samsung S24FE and the older phone is a Samsung S20FE.

First of all, can we assume you have just made a typo in the thread title? Also, can we assume you have made your phone, 'discoverable' via BluTooth? If so, when you try & pair, exactly what happens?

New Mobile will connect with my 2014 Ford Fiesta

I cant see how to amend the title. 

Yes the phone is made discoverable, when I attempt to connect the phone it comes on the screen please find "snyc" on phone and connect phone. with a code. I have found "sync " is set to auto sync. but nothing happens. 

I just going out to try it again see if it works.

My brain was not working but I have now sorted it the phone is now connecting.
