Mk7 1.0 2016 fiesta heated front and rear screen not working

Any ideas on why it wouldn't work. I checked the engine relays they all seem fine. Is there any passenger compartment fuse that could be related to it? Both the front and rear when I press the buttons don't anything and the only thing I'm unsure of is the passenger fuses. Any help would be appreciated.

    Usual problem is the State Of Charge of the car battery is too low and the heated screens are inhibited until the battery is charged. OR the outside temperature is too high. The heated screen operates only below 7oC

    It's unlikely to be a fuse since there are two half's to the front screen and also a separate circuit for the rear.
