2015 Grand C-Max brake lamp

Featured Replies

Hello all,

I've had the message to say fault with the rear lamp, no issues I say. Off to Halfords I go for some bulbs.

Open the manual, and it seems straight forward…

Disconnect the electrical connector - tick

Remove the wing nuts

Where on earth is the second one? The diagram in the manual is a load of tosh, because there definitely isn’t one near the connector at all and I can’t for the life of my get this lamp out in any way shape or form!

Any help would be great, because YouTube for once is failing me!

2015 was a crossover year, so not sure which yours will be.

If it's this type, there is only one wing nut.  But the cluster is also held on two pins.  It needs a firm tug to remove.  But be careful as it's easy to crack the lenses.
