Hi, I've just had the alternator fixed on my C-Max however it has knocked out the radio (6000CD), I can not see a serial number anywhere on it and when i press 6 + 1 the display reads 'No serial Number' The Vin number is WF0MXXGCDM3T18836, I would be very grateful if anyone could let me know what the code might be?
