Hi all, just wondered if the above was a known fault?   Thanks

No.

I see, very noisy in this area and best described as a "bouncing rubber" sound, wondering if its something to do with rough idle / vibrations.  Thanks

Your own pulley might be faulty.  It's just not a known/common fault on these.  More likely to be a faulty aux tensioner in my experience.  AC pulley and clutched alternator pulley are also possible but again not really common.  Removing the aux belt and running the engine without can rule out everything except the crank pulley if you haven't tried that yet.
