2014 fiesta ecoboost p0420 fault ..

Featured Replies

hi there i am looking for advise if possible my daughters car 1.0 fiesta ecoboost started showing p0420 fault would anyone have come across this before ?? have serviced car , new plug,. air filter etc have replaced the lambda sensor on the top (bank 1) but still popping up . should i be looking at replacing the cat ?? any help/input  would be much appreciated .

Yes, the cat is worn out.  Getting common on these now.  A bit of Cataclean might get it through another MOT but if you intend to keep long term then it will need a cat at some point.
