I have recently bought myself an 18 plate mk8 st-3 had the car just over a week, I cannot seem to get the DAB radio to work, each preset says “block 5A” and when I search for channels it will just load forever with no results. Has anyone else had this issue or know how I can resolve this?

    You need to change the dab ensembles to match the area you are in. The car has come from a different part of the country and is set to the wrong group of channels.

    To change radio ensembles on a Ford SYNC 3 system, navigate to the digital radio settings and use the "Ensemble+" and "Ensemble-" buttons to browse and select different ensembles. You can also use the touchscreen to navigate through a list of available ensembles and select your desired one.
