2020 Focus ST Line Engine Replacement?!...

Afternoon all,

New here so I hope this is in the right place and I come with a problem I need help with!

I am in no way mechanically minded and I've been told I need to replace the engine in my Focus. It has a melted piston on the 1L eco boost engine (although I'm told it's chain driven and not the wet belt type).

Has anyone come across this before? Does anyone know where I can get a replacement engine? Can I replace the piston instead of the whole engine? Has anyone done this sort of job before and know anyone they could recommend?
