Car not starting after rear subframe change.

Featured Replies

So i got a car off auction with rear damage to one wheel, got it off the recovery truck all fine and started no issues.

Ordered the rear subframe from same car with all components and we changed the old abs sensors to the new subframe and re done the wiring.

Now i’ve started the car and took it out of the garage and then when i went back to start it the car would not crank at all, it does nothing.

Checked all fuses, checked wiring, took abs fuses out to see if that’s the issue, tried jump starting and bump starting no resolution.

Only codes popping up are

C003A - Incorrect component installed

C0037 - Incorrect component installed

These both indicate to the rear sensors but i don’t think this is the cause for the car not starting, please can someone help as i’ve been going at it for 5 hours today with nothing results.

Check with FORScan if you are getting an RPM reading when turning the Engine over also the Fuel Pressure.

I doubt if the ABS Sensors are causing the car not to start but to eliminate that disconnect them.
