Pan roof cracked

Was changing a side light earlier on the C Max and what I thought to be a strand of hair on the glass roof was actually a crack - looks like a stone impact then crack from pass side over to drivers side.  Anyone else had to have the pan roof replaced?  Cheers

    A quick Google says some do cover under glass protection with others stating the standard excess applies, need to look into our own and see where it stands.  the crack looks to have went from a stone chip on pass side straight to drivers side.  probably just leave it for now until it gets worse.

    Hi.

    You would need to check with your insurer's individual windscreen section as to whether it would be covered or not. Unfortunately a number of insurers so exclude roof glass from their windscreen cover.
