Red warning symbol...not recognised??

Hi, does anyone recognise this warning symbol that's just appeared? I cant find it anywhere online.

 

Not sure if it's related, but the EAC Fail came on earlier and the car went into limp mode. I restarted the engine and the car ran normally again.

    If all doors are fully closed then the switch in one of the latches has become stuck or broken.
