Afternoon everyone,

I hope everyone has had a pleasant weekend so far, im back to owning a Ford again....had a few fords in my many years of motoring and never really had any major issues with any of them.

I do like many other members on here like to look after my car and do most of the maintenance, repairs(depend on difficulty/warranty) and service myself. 

A nice forum by the way, very informative and helpful.

    Welcome. The mk8 is a nice little car. Warm an Ecoboost up gently, use only the right oil and change it at 50% oil life. It will then be very unlikely to give trouble.
