Mk3 1600 Ghia

Featured Replies

Hi Chaps................just joined after buying an 83 Ghia, which is Silver, 5spd manual with 71k on the clock. The car is in very good condition but I have had few teething problems such as :- heater motor siezed (now fixed) but still getting no heat through :( .............will this be a blockage?.Also need to locate some tailgate struts and can anybody tell me if anything is common?.I am currently cleaning the car,as it has been wax oiled from new and although this as saved the car from rotting,it doesn't in my opinion look pleaseing to the eye esp under the bonnet. The car drives spot on but if I am totally honest,I only bought the car as away of helping fund buying another classic but a Triumph,as these are my main passion but one day I hope to own a nice Series 1 Turbo.

Cheers.
