2010 Ford Taurus sel Brakes go to the floor

Featured Replies

I have a 2010 Taurus. The brakes go to the floor. I have replaced the module calipers pads and rotors. I have had them bled

3 times . Seems to be fixed suddenly they do the same thing. Also replaced the master cylinder Please help

Welcome!

Something really weird here as you appear to have replaced everything (except servo?) only leaving pipes!

If there's no leakage and level stays the same then it would point to internal leakage somewhere - master cylinder- but you've changed that OR  more air getting in from somewhere?
What happened during those THREE  bleeds (more air each time?)
What is the history of this - was work done, why, and what happened to start this saga?

Edit:
This thread is similar and my thought is to clamp the flexibles to see if there's any difference:
