Synching phone bluetooth etc.

Featured Replies

Hi all. Just bought a used 2012 Cmax. 1.6 diesel with Titanium spec, and am having issues synching my phone to the Sony radio. I had a message telling me that my phone could not be synched as the radio storage was full, and some stored devices should be deleted. I went to the main menu but the OK button does not seem to respond when I press it for Sync settings. It seems to work for other uses, just not on sync settings or sync devices. Would really appreciate any tips. Cheers. Tony.

This is for a Fiesta but should work the same on any other SYNC 1/SYNC 1.1 based Ford model.

If this does not work you can try to revert the system to factory settings (master reset).

Hi. Thanks for the reply, but the phone button just moves the radio station and doesnt resond other than that. Same with the aux button, it wont play my ipod, even though its connected by a pin to pin cable.
