Hi from a Focus Mk2 Zetec owner

Featured Replies

Hi everyone!

I have a 2005 Focus Mk2 Zetec Climate, which was kindly given to me by some friends of mine. It's currently on about 135,000 miles but still going strong.  I've slowly been getting it into a good mechanical condition and giving it some love, including brakes, thermostat, some suspension components, and servicing.

It's actually in pretty good shape for it's age and milage, with very little corrosion, and just a few minor scuffs and scratches on the bodywork. So I'm hoping to keep it running for as long as possible.

Looking forward to chatting here. Particularly would love to hear from any Mk2 Focus owners.

Some pics for attention 🙂

Hi! Regularly inspect door seals, tailgate seals, rear lamp seals, and bulkhead drains particularly after wet weather to catch any leaks early.
