KA Crankcase Breather

There are 2 pipes going to the oil filler box on the rocker cover....

one goes to the inlet system and the other goes down the side of the engine BUT its not connected to anywhere and just flaps about

I think this should go to the crankcase breather somewhere.

Anybody tell me where it goes to and the exact location cos looking from the top its not obvious

    Not sure its a 2000 Celebration model with pushrod not OHC

    oil filler has 2 pipes one going to inlet the other just flapping around
