its that dougie back again, (I should still to basic cars)

had to reset the TPMS on the info screen *between speedo & rev counter, now I can't get off that screen it shows the menu with the different choises you can make but Ijust want to exit the menu

there are 4 arrow keys and the OK button, I've tried the lot still struck on info screen

Pressing left should take you back through each menu. Holding left should quit back to the home screen. The buttons on these can be a bit temperamental so not necessarily anything you did wrong.

got to an age were everything is hard to work out

Tried that I can go left, right, up, dn, i can set TPMS, reset miles, etc but It won't let me get out of the menu screen

Not even by holding the left button for a few seconds?

Perhaps there is another button that I've forgotten now. It has been 8 years since I had a similar model.

had finger on it for ages, no joy

nothing in the book about it, so i'm stuck

don't want to take battery lead off to reset everything

are you sure its not the left (back) button on the wheel thats iffy? as that is the button normally pressed to return to the main menu.

my 66 plate mondeo wouldnt come out the menus, the button didnt work unless pressed really hard. I ended up changing out the switches as it was so annoying,

when i press the left button it goes back, so i'm sure the button works

its as if the computer islocked in to the menu screen
