Looking to see if anyone can recommend anyone for a new engine for my connect. The timing chain has snapped so looking to get it reconditioned or a second hand engine.

I’ve tried breakerlink but been bombared with quotes from companies I have no trust in.

    Which engine is this? 1.5 TDCI used a belt, not a chain. 1.5 EcoBlue uses both a belt and a chain.

    For engine replacements we generally recommend Pumaspeed or Approved Engines. Currently only AE have 1.5 diesel engines, but you still need to know whether yours is TDCI or EcoBlue.
