Presentation focus mk2

Featured Replies

Hey everyone,

I’m Morgan and I recently got myself a Focus Mk2. I’ve always liked this generation — simple, solid chassis, and still has that proper mechanical feel compared to newer cars.

Mine’s a 2.0 TDCi manual. Interior electrics work fine, but I’ve already been chasing a few CAN and diagnostic gremlins (wouldn’t be fun otherwise, right?). I enjoy digging into the technical side of things, so instead of just throwing parts at it, I prefer figuring out what’s actually going on.

The plan is to slowly sort it, improve a few things, and maybe give it a bit more character over time. Nothing crazy (for now 😅), just clean, functional upgrades and making it properly reliable.

Looking forward to learning from you all and sharing progress as I go.

Cheers!
